
由于電動車(che)發展(zhan)、大(da)氣污染、材料循環利(li)用(yong)等諸多(duo)問題,鋁材替代正(zheng)在成為汽車(che)輕量化的解(jie)決(jue)方(fang)案之一。日(ri)前,記者走訪了多(duo)家車(che)企(qi)和(he)專家學者,全面了解(jie)車(che)用(yong)鋁材替代的發展(zhan)方(fang)向(xiang)及趨勢。
在北美,鋁(lv)材(cai)替代已經走在全球前列(lie),開始普及到高量產車。福特發布的(de)2015款F-150車型(xing)則吹響了(le)全鋁(lv)材(cai)料普及的(de)號角。
F-150是全球首(shou)(shou)款采(cai)(cai)用(yong)全鋁(lv)車身(shen)(shen)的(de)高(gao)量(liang)產車, 采(cai)(cai)用(yong)全鋁(lv)車身(shen)(shen)后,整車重量(liang)將減輕317kg,燃油經濟性有望(wang)提高(gao)15%~20%。據(ju)悉,F-150是福(fu)特旗下的(de)經典皮卡,多年高(gao)踞(ju)美(mei)國的(de)十大暢銷車榜首(shou)(shou)。 F-150在北美(mei)售價(jia)3萬(wan)美(mei)元左(zuo)右(you),屬(shu)中端車型。福(fu)特F-150采(cai)(cai)用(yong)全鋁(lv)車身(shen)(shen),標志著傳(chuan)統整車廠大規模用(yong)鋁(lv)合金材料的(de)開始,全鋁(lv)車身(shen)(shen)開始向中端車普及。
目前最有(you)希(xi)望普及(ji)的恰恰是電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)。在相同續航里程情況下,由(you)于(yu)鋁(lv)制(zhi)電(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)攜帶的電(dian)池(chi)重(zhong)量小于(yu)鋼制(zhi)電(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che),全(quan)鋁(lv)車(che)(che)身比鋼制(zhi)車(che)(che)身需(xu)要的電(dian)池(chi)容量減(jian)少。盡(jin)管全(quan)鋁(lv)車(che)(che)身成本較高,但(dan)由(you)于(yu)節約電(dian)池(chi)成本,使全(quan)鋁(lv)電(dian)動(dong)車(che)(che)具有(you)價格優勢。
技術難題(ti)尚待(dai)解決(jue)
雖然鋁材(cai)應用越來越廣泛(fan),但(dan)很多(duo)車(che)企(qi)在全鋁車(che)身探索過程中還是遇到(dao)了一些問題。常熟奇瑞路虎的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接車(che)間工程師告訴(su)記(ji)者,車(che)用合金鋁材(cai)要(yao)求更高(gao)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接技術,點焊(han)(han)(han)容易使鋁變形,多(duo)數采用鉚焊(han)(han)(han),這會增加成(cheng)本。
這位工(gong)程師表示,全(quan)鋁車身(shen)一般使用鉚接(jie)和膠合工(gong)藝(yi)拼裝,鋁合金材料本身(shen)并不適合傳統焊接(jie)工(gong)業。由(you)于鋁合金材料對熱較敏感,如果(guo)使用傳統焊接(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)連(lian)接(jie)車身(shen)部件,會存在材料強度下降的問(wen)題(ti),而且由(you)于受熱易變形。
記者有幸(xing)參觀一(yi)汽大(da)眾(zhong)長春(chun)的(de)第二轎車(che)(che)廠,在測(ce)量技術中心看到一(yi)輛(liang)奧迪A8正在做(zuo)車(che)(che)身匹(pi)配檢測(ce),而奧迪A8的(de)車(che)(che)身很早(zao)就應用了(le)鋁制輕型(xing)車(che)(che)身架構。巧合的(de)是,一(yi)汽大(da)眾(zhong)現(xian)(xian)場工程師正好拿(na)這輛(liang)車(che)(che)解釋匹(pi)配檢測(ce),“這輛(liang)車(che)(che)左前門上沿出現(xian)(xian)了(le)肉眼不易察覺的(de)凹(ao)陷,在做(zuo)車(che)(che)身匹(pi)配檢測(ce)時才發現(xian)(xian),我(wo)們猜測(ce)可(ke)能是鋁材塑形較鋼材稍差造成的(de)”。
專家觀點
鋁(lv)合金全面(mian)替代(dai)是系統工程
南京航(hang)天航(hang)空大學先(xian)進材料與成形技術(shu)研究所(suo)所(suo)長(chang)、美國福特(te)(te)汽車(che)(che)公司特(te)(te)聘教授陶杰則認為(wei),如果鋁合(he)金(jin)全(quan)面(mian)替代,則對(dui)車(che)(che)輛(liang)零部件結構設(she)計以及(ji)車(che)(che)輛(liang)整(zheng)體安全(quan)性設(she)計提出了更(geng)高(gao)的要求;同(tong)時,廠商原先(xian)的焊接生產線就(jiu)要全(quan)面(mian)改造,這些(xie)問(wen)題(ti)都是(shi)系統工程問(wen)題(ti)。鋁合(he)金(jin)的大量使用,可能(neng)更(geng)適合(he)于全(quan)新生產線的中高(gao)端(duan)車(che)(che)型。
陶(tao)教(jiao)授認為(wei),鋁合(he)金只(zhi)是(shi)汽車輕量化(hua)的方式之一。汽車輕量化(hua)還可以通(tong)過另外兩個方式解決,其(qi)一是(shi)結構(gou)優化(hua)和輕量化(hua)設(she)計;其(qi)二是(shi)復合(he)材料的應(ying)用,比如纖維增強復合(he)材料等(deng)。
