由中(zhong)航工(gong)業成飛(fei)牽頭承(cheng)擔的(de)國家科技重大(da)專項“國產高檔數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)與(yu)數(shu)控(kong)系統在飛(fei)機筋肋(lei)梁等加(jia)工(gong)單元中(zhong)的(de)應(ying)用”課題正式(shi)啟(qi)動,來自(zi)成飛(fei)、西飛(fei)、洪都(dou)、清華大(da)學等11家單位的(de)40名專家與(yu)技術人(ren)員應(ying)邀參加(jia)啟(qi)動會。
近(jin)日,由中(zhong)航工業成(cheng)飛牽頭承擔的(de)國家(jia)(jia)科技重大專(zhuan)項“國產(chan)高檔數控(kong)機床與(yu)數控(kong)系統在飛機筋肋梁等(deng)加工單元中(zhong)的(de)應用”課題正(zheng)式啟(qi)動(dong),來自成(cheng)飛、西飛、洪都(dou)、清華大學等(deng)11家(jia)(jia)單位的(de)40名專(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)與(yu)技術人員應邀參加啟(qi)動(dong)會。
啟動會上,成(cheng)飛(fei)、西飛(fei)、洪(hong)都、清華大學、華中數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)分別代表課題(ti)組進(jin)行技(ji)術方(fang)案實(shi)(shi)施報告(gao)。按照方(fang)案,將(jiang)在(zai)成(cheng)飛(fei)、西飛(fei)、洪(hong)都三個主機(ji)(ji)廠構(gou)建(jian)三條國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化生產(chan)(chan)線,實(shi)(shi)現國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)在(zai)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)結(jie)構(gou)件(jian)加(jia)工中批量應(ying)用,實(shi)(shi)現國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、功能(neng)部件(jian)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)刀具實(shi)(shi)際應(ying)用的突破;構(gou)建(jian)基于用戶(hu)生產(chan)(chan)環境(jing)的國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)高(gao)(gao)檔數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)測試(shi)平(ping)臺(tai)和國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)高(gao)(gao)檔數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)應(ying)用技(ji)術支持平(ping)臺(tai),建(jian)立國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)生產(chan)(chan)應(ying)用測試(shi)規范,實(shi)(shi)現共性技(ji)術成(cheng)果的規范化和工具化,為(wei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)與數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)供應(ying)商(shang)提供面向(xiang)航空制造的整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)解決方(fang)案,提升機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)行業的整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)(ti)技(ji)術水平(ping)和服(fu)務能(neng)力;建(jian)立一套基于國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)、數(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、功能(neng)部件(jian)及(ji)國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)刀具的飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)結(jie)構(gou)件(jian)批量生產(chan)(chan)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化制造體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi),全面提升國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)的應(ying)用效(xiao)率(lv),實(shi)(shi)現國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)裝(zhuang)備先(xian)進(jin)制造模式的高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)應(ying)用,提高(gao)(gao)用戶(hu)應(ying)用技(ji)術水平(ping),拉(la)動國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)行業技(ji)術發展。
專(zhuan)業人士強調,課(ke)題實施(shi)周期短,困(kun)難多(duo),必須深化(hua)課(ke)題實施(shi)的技(ji)術(shu)方案,嚴格管(guan)理(li),加強現場的應用測試(shi)技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究,最終推動國產高(gao)檔數控機(ji)床(chuang)與數控系統的大(da)規(gui)模應用。
譚建(jian)榮院士表示,數控機床(chuang)產業沒有用戶的參與,就不可(ke)能實(shi)現改進(jin)與成長,由(you)成飛牽(qian)頭承擔該課題(ti)的實(shi)施(shi),對高端數控機床(chuang)產品的促(cu)進(jin)和推(tui)廣具有重要意義(yi)。
