國(guo)家發改(gai)委、交通(tong)運(yun)輸部、中國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)總(zong)公司前天發布《中長(chang)期(qi)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)網規劃(hua)》,提出(chu)我國(guo)將(jiang)構建(jian)“八(ba)縱八(ba)橫”高(gao)速(su)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)主(zhu)通(tong)道。記(ji)者(zhe)昨(zuo)日獲悉,其中三條通(tong)道與福(fu)建(jian)有關,福(fu)州(zhou)將(jiang)與北京(jing)、上(shang)海、廣州(zhou)、烏魯木齊等地一(yi)并納入綜合(he)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)樞紐。

《規(gui)劃》提出,一要(yao)(yao)構建我國“八(ba)縱八(ba)橫”高速(su)鐵路(lu)(lu)主通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(福(fu)州晚報昨日A18版曾作(zuo)報道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)),其中“八(ba)縱”通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)為:沿(yan)海通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、京滬通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、京港(臺)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、京哈—京港澳通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、呼南通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、京昆通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、包(銀)海通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、蘭(西)廣通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),“八(ba)橫”通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)為:綏滿通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、京蘭通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、青銀通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、陸橋通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、沿(yan)江(jiang)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、滬昆通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、廈渝通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、廣昆通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)。二要(yao)(yao)在(zai)“八(ba)縱八(ba)橫”主通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的基(ji)礎上,規(gui)劃布局(ju)高速(su)鐵路(lu)(lu)區域連接線。三要(yao)(yao)在(zai)優先(xian)利用(yong)高速(su)鐵路(lu)(lu)、普速(su)鐵路(lu)(lu)開行城(cheng)際(ji)列車(che)的同時(shi),規(gui)劃建設支撐和(he)引領新型城(cheng)鎮化(hua)發(fa)展、有效連接大中城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)與(yu)中心城(cheng)鎮、服務通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤功(gong)能的城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)群城(cheng)際(ji)客運鐵路(lu)(lu)。
《規(gui)劃(hua)》提出(chu),到2020年,一(yi)批重(zhong)大(da)標志性(xing)項目建成投(tou)產,鐵(tie)路網規(gui)模(mo)達(da)(da)到15萬公(gong)里(li)(li),其中高速鐵(tie)路3萬公(gong)里(li)(li),覆蓋80%以上的大(da)城市。到2025年,鐵(tie)路網規(gui)模(mo)達(da)(da)17.5萬公(gong)里(li)(li)左(zuo)右,其中高速鐵(tie)路3.8萬公(gong)里(li)(li)左(zuo)右,比2015年底(di)翻一(yi)番。
3條高鐵(tie)主通道
與(yu)福建省有關
記者(zhe)了解到,在“八縱八橫”高速鐵(tie)路(lu)主通道中,有(you)三條通道與福建有(you)關。
一是沿(yan)海(hai)通(tong)道:大連(丹東)—秦(qin)皇島—天津—東營—濰坊—青島(煙(yan)臺)—連云港—鹽城—南通(tong)—上海(hai)—寧波—福州—廈門—深圳—湛(zhan)江—北(bei)海(hai)(防城港)高速(su)鐵(tie)路。
二(er)是(shi)京(jing)港(臺)通道(dao):北京(jing)—衡水—菏(he)澤—商丘—阜陽—合肥(黃岡)—九江—南昌(chang)—贛州—深(shen)圳(zhen)—香港(九龍)高速(su)鐵(tie)路(lu),其(qi)中另一線(xian)路(lu)為合肥—福州—臺北高速(su)鐵(tie)路(lu),包括南昌(chang)—福州(莆田)鐵(tie)路(lu)。
三是廈渝(yu)通道:廈門—龍(long)巖(yan)—贛(gan)州(zhou)—長沙—常(chang)德—張家界—黔江(jiang)—重(zhong)慶(qing)高速鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(其(qi)中(zhong)廈門至(zhi)贛(gan)州(zhou)段利用龍(long)廈鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)、贛(gan)龍(long)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu),常(chang)德至(zhi)黔江(jiang)段利用黔張常(chang)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu))。
《規劃》明(ming)確將構建北京、上(shang)海、廣州、福州、武漢、成都、沈(shen)陽、西安、鄭州、天津(jin)、南(nan)京、深圳(zhen)、合肥、貴(gui)陽、重慶、杭州、南(nan)寧(ning)、昆明(ming)、烏魯木齊等綜合鐵(tie)路樞紐。
《規劃》同時提(ti)出,發(fa)展城(cheng)際(ji)客運鐵路,在海峽西(xi)岸(an)、哈長、遼中南(nan)、關中、北部灣等城(cheng)市群建成城(cheng)際(ji)鐵路骨架網。
面(mian)向“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”通道
福廈(sha)泉均被(bei)納入其(qi)中
在(zai)普(pu)速鐵(tie)路網方面,《規劃》提(ti)出建設京(jing)津(jin)冀—長三角、海峽(xia)西岸通道(dao)。利用京(jing)滬(hu)、京(jing)九(jiu)、華東二通道(dao)、皖(wan)贛、金溫、贛龍(long)等鐵(tie)路,建設阜陽—六安—景德(de)鎮(zhen)、衢州(zhou)—寧德(de)、興(xing)國—永(yong)安—泉州(zhou)等鐵(tie)路,實(shi)施皖(wan)贛等鐵(tie)路改造,構建北京(jing)(天(tian)津(jin))—濟南(nan)—上海(杭州(zhou)、寧波)、北京(jing)(天(tian)津(jin))—商丘—南(nan)昌(chang)—福州(zhou)(廈門(men))通道(dao),連接京(jing)津(jin)冀、長三角、長江(jiang)中游及海峽(xia)西岸城市群(qun)。
在(zai)面向(xiang)“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”國際通(tong)道方(fang)面,規劃在(zai)沿海(hai)方(fang)向(xiang),以大(da)連(lian)、秦皇島、天(tian)津、煙臺(tai)、青島、連(lian)云港、上海(hai)、寧波(bo)—舟山、福(fu)州、泉州、廈(sha)門、汕頭、深(shen)圳、廣州、茂名(ming)、湛江(jiang)、海(hai)口(kou)(kou)等沿海(hai)城(cheng)市(shi)及(ji)(ji)重要港口(kou)(kou)為(wei)支(zhi)點(dian),暢(chang)通(tong)港口(kou)(kou)城(cheng)市(shi)后(hou)方(fang)鐵路通(tong)道及(ji)(ji)集疏運(yun)(yun)體系(xi),構建連(lian)接內陸、鐵海(hai)聯(lian)運(yun)(yun)的國際交通(tong)走廊。
在促進脫貧攻堅和國(guo)土開發鐵路方面,《規劃》提出建設安康—恩施(shi)—張家界、贛州(zhou)—郴州(zhou)—永(yong)州(zhou)—興義、阜陽—六安—景德鎮、溫州(zhou)—武夷山(shan)—吉(ji)安、興國(guo)—永(yong)安—泉州(zhou)、黔江(jiang)—遵義—昭通—攀枝花—大(da)理、寧(ning)德—南(nan)平(ping)、瑞金—梅(mei)州(zhou)、建寧(ning)—冠豸山(shan)、韶關—賀州(zhou)—柳州(zhou)—百色、黃(huang)(huang)陵(ling)—慶陽—平(ping)涼—固原—定(ding)西、額濟納—酒(jiu)泉、漢中—巴中—南(nan)充、貴陽—興義、黃(huang)(huang)桶—百色、涪陵(ling)—柳州(zhou)、瀘州(zhou)—遵義、師宗—文山(shan)、臨(lin)滄(cang)—普(pu)洱(er)等鐵路。
